Allicin EC against cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot

In recent years, with the rapid development of vegetable protection areas around the country, the occurrence of bacterial bacterial leaf spot disease in cucumber has become more and more serious, which often occurs in the early stage of cucumber growth in protected areas and in the middle and late stages of cucumber in the open field, mainly infecting leaves, petioles, stems and melons. It has seriously affected the quality and yield of cucumber fruit and became an important disease of cucumber. With the long-term use of systemic fungicides, some fungicide products have developed resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to screen out effective and safe chemical agents to control cucumber bacterial angular spot disease. Sexual plaque disease agent. 1, test materials and methods
1.1 Test agent: 32% oxazolone · allicin emulsifiable concentrate (agrochemicals in Kaifeng); 40% agricultural streptomycin soluble powder (Hua JE Pharmaceutical Ainuo Co., Ltd.); 53.8% Can kill dry suspension (US letter company).
1.2 Test crops: Cucumber cultivar Danfeng No.3.
1.3 Control object: Cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot.
1.4 test treatment: 32% oxazolone · allicin EC 3709 ai, / hm2, 4309 ai / hm2, 4909 ai / hm2; 40% agricultural streptomycin soluble powder 1809 ai / hm2 53.8% can kill dry suspension 6509 ai / hm2.
1.5 Test site and general situation: The experiment is located in the Et light greenhouse on the outskirts of Dandong Wind City. The soil is sandy loam soil with a soil pH of 6.9 and an organic matter content of 3.0%. Sowing the Et period on December 21, the date of colonization on February 4 Et. The plant spacing is 25 cm & time; 80 cm, the plant growth is consistent.
1.6 Test design and investigation, statistical methods: The test was carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture "Pesticide Field Efficacy Test Guidelines (2)" & lsquo; 1). There are 6 treatments in the experiment, and each treatment is repeated 4 times. Each repetition is set as one cell, a total of 24 cells, and the cells are randomly arranged in groups, with a cell area of 15 m 2 , and the cultivation conditions of all the cells are uniform. When the crop is applied, the crop is in the flowering period, and the spray device is a manual sprayer of workers and peasants type 16, and the amount of liquid per (mu) is 45 kg. The first application was made on April 7, and every 7-8 days thereafter, the drug was applied three times. The investigation was conducted before each application and 10 days after the last application. The disease index and the control effect are calculated according to the above Guidelines. The fruit quality of cucumber was determined during the test, and the safety of the drug to cucumber was determined irregularly.
2, Results and Analysis
From the field efficacy test results (see Table 1), it can be seen that the control effect of 32% oxazolone · allicin EC on the bacterial angular leaf spot of cucumber increased with the increase of dosage. The control effects of 4309 and 4909 ai/hmz on cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot were 76.03% and 78.81%, respectively, which were slightly higher than that of the control drug agricultural streptomycin and the killable dry suspension agent. The control effect of 32% oxazolone · the allicin emulsifiable concentrate 3709 a.i./hm2 was slightly lower than that of the control agent. 3, Summary and Discussion
From the field test results, the effective dose of 32% oxazolone · allicin EC for controlling bacterial bacterial leaf spot disease is 430 ~ 4909 ai / hm: in the early stage of bacterial keratosis, spray method Face application, application interval 7. 10 days, medication 3.4 times. In order to prevent the resistance of the bacteria to the fungicide, allicin is recommended to be used alternately with a protective fungicide or a fungicide having a different mechanism of action. It can be used as a rotation to prevent the use of single-use fungicide resistance.
