Kaifeng Dadi Agrochemicals Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. The company was founded in December 1993 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Currently, the company owns 65 mu of land and, in 2011, completed the construction of factory buildings, warehouses, a research building, and supporting facilities covering an area of 12,000 square meters, with infrastructure investment nearing 30 million yuan. In 2010, the company’s total assets amounted to 54 million yuan.

The Kaifeng pilot-scale base includes a synthesis laboratory, a formulation laboratory, an analytical testing laboratory, and a pilot-scale production workshop.

The company maintains long-term cooperative and collaborative relationships with research institutions including the Shanghai Institute for Advanced Studies, the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, the Institute of Plant Protection of the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, and China Agricultural University, providing it with strong technical support. Each year, the company allocates more than 5% of its sales revenue to product development, and new products are launched annually.
