2024 Hazardous Waste Information Disclosure

According to the notice from the Yuwangtai Branch of the Kaifeng Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment regarding the disclosure of information on hazardous waste, the company is required to publicly disclose information on the generation, utilization, storage, disposal, and transfer manifests for hazardous waste in 2024. The public disclosure period will run from the date of publication of this notice until December 31, 2025. We kindly request all members of the public and employees to exercise oversight. The specific disclosed information is as follows:

I. Generation of Hazardous Waste

The company’s waste-generating processes primarily include the production of allicin technical grade and formulations, packaging of allicin formulations, exhaust gas treatment, and wastewater treatment. Hazardous wastes are centrally stored and uniformly managed.

In 2024, the total amount of hazardous waste generated included 1,640.421 tons of expired pesticides, 3.414 tons of spent activated carbon, 1.882 tons of discarded packaging materials, 0.5 ton of sludge, and 8.708 tons of waste salt, totaling 1,654.925 tons of hazardous waste.

II. Status of Transfer and Disposal of Hazardous Waste

In 2024, the company signed hazardous waste disposal contracts with Henan Sijun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Dagong Environmental Resources (Kaifeng) Co., Ltd., Xinyang Jinruilai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Fuquan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. At the end of 2023, the remaining stock of hazardous waste was 0 tons. In 2024, a total of 1,654.557 tons of hazardous waste were transferred and disposed of. As of the end of 2024, the remaining stock of discarded packaging materials was 0.175 tons, and expired pesticides amounted to 0.193 tons. III. Status of Hazardous Waste Storage

As of December 31, 2024, the remaining waste packaging generated this year amounts to 0.175 tons of hazardous waste and 0.193 tons of expired pesticides; all other generated hazardous wastes have been fully transferred.
